boxed
every year we take a group photo of the graduating class from the rooftop and make it a two page spread in our yearbook as a tribute to the grads. as editor, I wanted to do something a little different this year…
I literally stuffed the grads into a small 18×18 inch box one by one, I took a series of photos of them, and compiled their most interesting shot in photoshop in what became a 700-megapixel image. the main purpose was to depict how different people reacted in different way in the exact same situation…
this is a relatively old project – in fact anyone who was at the ‘photobloggers at yorkdale applestore 2’ event back in february and watched me speak may remember this – but I couldn’t publicly release it until the yearbook came out… so here it is now!
